Shipping Information - Valley Oak Tool Company

We ship your orders mainly via FedEx Ground within the contiguous United States from Fort Bragg, California. Occasionally we uses UPS Ground or USPS and at cost of their shipping with additional handling fees.

We ship orders within a few days of receiving them. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

We are not shipping international orders except to Canada and the cost of shipping will be at cost plus handling. International custom fees are not included in our costs for shipping and you would be responsible for paying those fees when your package arrives in your country. Please contact us for finding out the cost of shipping as it may be different than the contiguous United States shipping we usually base our shipping rates on.

You can check shipping costs on the View Cart page after adding tools to your cart. Generally small items ship $15, replacement items a little heavier ship $25 - $49. Shipping of wheel hoes start at $49 and the price will increase by weight and size of your order. If you are placing a very large order, you may need to contact us so we can calculate a more accurate shipping price for you.
