Returns and Refunds - Valley Oak Tool Company
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Valley Oak Tool Company will pay the return shipping costs if the item is returned from within the contiguous U.S. in the first 30 days.
Also, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within six months of purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Simply Contact Us for a Return Materials Authorization code, and we will issue a refund (shipping excluded) upon receipt of your return.
Refunds & Credits - 31 Days to 6 Months
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase. Your refund will include the price of your purchase and any taxes, but will not include any original shipping charges, if applicable. Valley Oak Tools reserves the right to refund a purchase by check if return fees will be charged by your credit card or Paypal.
If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Valley Oak Tool Company reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15% of the purchase price.
- All returned items must be in new condition, clean and dry, and must include all accessories.
- If you're returning more than one item, we may ask you to ship items together or in separate boxes.
- Valley Oak Tool Company is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
STEP 1: Contact Us to request a Return Materials Authorization code. You will receive your return instructions and FedEx return label by email.
STEP 2: Pack your item in the same packaging in which it was received. If the original packaging was lost or damaged, please use a similar sized carton to avoid a restocking fee.
STEP 3: Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the carton. Your Return Materials Authorization code must also be clearly written on the outer box.
STEP 4: Ship your return from any FedEx drop off location using the labels you received in the email. Valley Oak Tool Company will pay the return shipping costs if the item is returned from within the contiguous U.S. within 30 days of purchase.
NOTE: If you must use a carrier other than FedEx, we recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. You will be refunded your original shipping cost, NOT what you pay for return shipping with another carrier. Valley Oak Tool Company is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
